The technical route is more environmentally friendly, has lower raw material costs, is more price competitive, is more suitable for 10+μm application fields, and maintains the stability of the supply chain together with the template method.

Green Manufacturing

▪ The template method will produce ammonia, ethanol, sulfuric acid and other by-products during the preparation process.

▪ Promote NSE microspheres with lower carbon footprint.

Green raw materials

▪ In the selection of modifier raw materials, EXTPURE recommends the use of naturally derived bio-based fatty alcohols/fatty acids ( eg. Cetyl alcohol)

▪ Promote bio-based silica/silica spheres (replacing plastic microspheres).

▪ Recommend more customers to use silica microspheres prepared by NSE to reduce carbon emissions.

Performance Advantage

Recommended silicon balls: 20/30/50μm medium pressure and low pressure chromatography packing. NSE technology can prepare ultra-large particle size microspheres. The structure is more stable than the template method and different specifications can be customized
