1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing or foreign trade is preferred, English level 4 or above;
2. More than 3 years of to B business experience, more than 2 years of experience in leading a team, those with market and business experience in the biomedical industry are preferred, and those with market and business experience in the cosmetics/daily chemical industry are also welcome;
3. Cooperate with the sales team and application team in business development, have the ability to convert potential customers into cooperative customers in an efficient and professional way, and have the ability to solve problems independently;
4. Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and work effectively with a diverse, cross-functional, global team at multiple levels, including senior leaders and executives, as well as suppliers;
